Established in 1997 as the first known company of its type, F1 Building Consultants was born to service the need of one builder that was experiencing difficulties in sourcing council certificates and relevant documentation which ultimately led to delays for building permits. When the word spread of our services and products, we had quickly grown from one client to become an integral component of the building process for a number of Victorian residential builders and property owners. We have since grown to include a vast array of clients and now provide property information services to NSW and Victoria.

What we do

In order to obtain accurate description of restrictions and encumbrances that may affect project outcomes and in particular estimation of building costs, we provide our clients with a Property Services Information(PSI) package like no other. Evolved over 20 plus years, our package includes certificates and information which is used to help numerous parties including engineers, drafting departments and building surveyors. Our aim is to recognise each job and property as unique and to ensure that its path to site is effortless, transparent and swift.
